Arts and Crafts
Artistic activities are offered as part of the party package and range
from jewellery design to t-shirt painting.
The children are guided through one of the suggested activities within two hours or so and will leave with a beautiful, hand-made memento of the day.
We offer t-shirt painting, ceramic painting, jewellery design, fairy cake decorating, glass painting, story-telling and much more.
Popular activities include story-based workshops, which involve the little ones being read a story at the beginning of the session leading onto an activity based on the theme of the story. See below for photos of pirate story themed t-shirt painting workshops.
Depending on the size of the party, these activities can be complemented by face painting.
As well as parties, Face The Party also provide artistic children's activities appropriate for for nurseries, playcentres, libraries and corporate events.

Pirate T-Shirt Painting Workshop (aged 3-6 years)
After having been read a story called the Night Pirates, the children were shown how to paint their t-shirts with stencils designed by Face The Party. The workshop is an example of our popular story-themed art activities.
Jungle Jive Workshop at the Waterman's Theatre
This workshop was designed for the launch the 'Giraffes Can't Dance' theatre production. The children helped to produce a large jungle-themed mural spanning a whole wall. Each child drew a jungle animal of their choice which was mounted onto a jungle background (painted by Face The Party).
